Donations and Gift Aid

The Partnership relies entirely on donations from individuals and organisations such as local churches for its income.

For donations from individuals, the Gift Aid scheme allows us to reclaim tax, which means your donations will be worth 25% more to us at no extra cost to you – we can claim back 25p for every £1 you donate.

This additional income really does make a big difference, so please don’t forget to Gift Aid donations by completing the Gift Aid declaration form in this newsletter if you are a UK tax payer. The donation must be made from a personal bank or building society account; we cannot claim Gift Aid on donations from company accounts. Also, the money must be your own and not the proceeds of a collection.

We are very grateful for all donations received and would like to thank Watford Girl’s Grammar School for their recent donation of £198 as well as the Co-operative Party for a donation of £50 Thanks also to Magic Radio who donated £420 towards the recent Summer outings for youngsters.
